HIDDEN MANNA
The sustenance God provides that the world cannot see or understand.
âTo the one who is victorious, I will give some of the hidden manna.â Revelation 2:17
Message:
You may not see the âbreadâ He gives. You may not even recognise it when a timely word from a friend, a sudden wave of peace, a scripture that feels alive in your chest, or the strength to make it through a day you thought would break you comes along. This is hidden manna.
Sometimes, your wilderness isnât physical; itâs the quiet ache of unanswered prayers, exhaustion from battles no one else knows youâre fighting and loneliness of carrying a burden you cannot explain.
And yet here you are breathing, standing, still moving forward, not because youâve had the strength on your own, but because God has been feeding you in secret. The world may never see how God kept you together, but in the wilderness, that is enough. Manna was Godâs daily provision for the Israelites as they wandered in the wilderness, bread from heaven, enough for each day.
In Revelation, the âhidden mannaâ refers to a deeper spiritual provision, the sustenance God provides that the world cannot see or understand. It is nourishment for the soul in unseen battles, secret encouragement in silent suffering, and strength when thereâs no visible source.
Exercise:
Remember moments you made it through when you didnât think you could. That was Godâs manna. Thank Him for the invisible ways He has sustained you.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for the manna no one sees, for the quiet ways You hold me when I feel undone and may I always find wonder in Your hidden provision. Amen.

Thank you Jesus! Only you can do what no man will ever do for me.
